IVANHOE SCRATCH & WIN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions of Entry:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years & over. Directors, owners and employees of any member of the Ivanhoe Traders Association, Marketa 5th Element Marketing, Any Ivanhoe Trader within the Ivanhoe Shopping Precinct and their employees, Hybrid Expression and their immediate families (including spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same house) and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences 11/6/2021 and closes 11:59pm 9/7/2021. Prize claims must be redeemed by 14/7/2021. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will be 200,000 scratch cards printed.
4. To enter, participants must make a purchase from a participating Ivanhoe Trader to receive a scratch ticket (while stocks last) that, when scratched, will reveal if they have won a prize. Instant winners can claim their prize by going to the specified web page revealed on the scratch panel and by entering all the required details. Proof of purchase is required. You must retain your shop receipt and scratch ticket.
5. There are 110 instant prizes – 10 x $1,000.00, 100 x $100.00 Ivanhoe Gift Cards with a prize pool of $20,000.00. Any unclaimed prizes will go into the Second Chance Draw and drawn first.
6. Non winning entries can enter the Second Chance Draw by going to www.shopinivanhoe.com.au and follow the Scratch & Win links and complete the entry form using your unique code by the 14/7/2021. You must retain your shop receipt and scratch ticket. There are 5 prizes to be awarded. The first 5 (five) valid entries drawn will win a $1000.00 Ivanhoe Gift Card each, with a prize pool of $5,000.00.
7. The Second Chance draw will take place on Friday July 16th at 2.00pm at 147 Albert Street, Preston, VIC, 3072.
8. Total Prize Pool is $25,000.00.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Prize Winners agree to having their photo taken and allow the Ivanhoe Traders Association to publish such photos and their names to their social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram), Email Newsletter and or website shopinivanhoe.com.au
11. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
