Owned since 2004 by Bernie & Paul Brady. Over the years the cafe has focused on producing healthy, flavoursome gluten free food. First we developed all our gluten free cake recipes, then came the wonderful loaves of bread baked by Bernie. In January 2012 Paul & Steve started baking Turkish Bread early in the morning before service would start. The bread became so popular that it would sell out everyday. Since May 2013 the cafe is 100% gluten free environment, we bake all our products on site. Our Home made sausage rolls are now fructose free as well.
