Nick Deed and Ralph Montagna, the joint Directors of Greencor, bring a unique combination of experience, knowledge, formal qualifications and entrepreneurship to their company which they extend to both their clients and projects.

Together they bring almost 50 years of experience to their leadership of Greencor, including senior positions with large property development and residential construction companies including Villaworld and Metricon Homes. Their experience covers all aspects of property development including site sourcing and acquisition, development feasibility, risk management, due diligence reporting, the approvals process, project delivery, stakeholder management, sales and marketing.

Their experience and complementary skills are fundamental to Greencor’s success and underpin their ability to understand the different needs of investors, landowners and investment funds and to deliver on those needs.
