Wander North is the tasting room and home of Imbue Distillery in Ivanhoe, Melbourne. We provide tastings of our spirits with a story. We currently produce gins and gin liqueurs, but have whisky and brandy on the way as well as some smaller batch experiments! We also stock a curated, rotating range of local wines and cold Aussie craft beers that you can enjoy in-store or take home with you for later.

If you can’t choose between traditional dry gin, contemporary with foraged local botanicals or lovingly barrel aged, why not try a tasting paddle? Consisting of a sample size of three of our gins and your choice of one liqueur, it comes with matched mixers, garnishes and tasting notes and is a fabulous introduction to our range. A plethora of tasty snacks are also on offer and go down a treat with a cocktail or two!
